On Top Backpackers Hostel and Apartments have a casual housekeeping position available
Requirements:
- Must be available until at least end of January 2026
- Must have working holiday visa
- Must have valid passport
- Cleaning experience (ideally hotel, motel, hostel)
- Ability to move fast and efficient
- Strong and fit
- Great time management and initiative
You will be expected to work independently and as part of a small team
We are looking for someone, energetic, friendly, with great attention to detail. Someone who takes pride in everything they do and is not afraid to get their hands dirty!
Being a hostel providing affordable accommodation our prices are low, meaning we have a strict housekeeping schedule in order to maintain a high standard with minimum time allowance
Hourly wage is minimum wage, hours are not guaranteed and depend on performance and hostel capacity. We offer great bonuses for our staff such as flexible rostering, free games of pool, discounted drinks and food at our onsite pool lounge and possibility of discounted accommodation if required
Again, must be available until at least end of January 2026
