2 Farm Assistants Taupo at Pepper Dairies (Oruanui, Taupō)

Job Description

We require 2 Farm Assistants (a couple) to join our team of 5 to start ASAP.
980 cows, milking through a 60 bale rotary cowshed with ACR's.
The ideal candidate will have at least some dairy farming experience but this is not essential.
You will need to be honest and reliable and work effectively within a team.

Main Duties will include general farm duties such as milking in a 60 bale rotory cowshed with ACR's, riding 2 wheel motorbikes, operating tractors, assisting us in feeding out and weed spraying.

We run a 8 days on 2 days off 8 days on 3 days off roster, with minimal farm work required on weekends .

Accomodation available is a new, furnished , single room self contained portacom.
The farm is located on Forest Road, Taupo. 25 miniutes from town.
