Food & Beverage Supervisor - Sofitel Wellington

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor F&B team members, leading by example and maintaining exceptional service standards.
Assist in menu development, wine selection, and service strategies.
Oversee service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, as well as special events.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional service and an eye for detail.
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, wine, and cocktail service.
A commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
A positive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
