Job Description
Hotel: Scenic Hotel Franz Josef Glacier
Location: West Coast
Hours: Rotating roster, including weekends. Weekends are our busiest times.
Employment Type: Full-time waged position available.

Are you a person who enjoys making day & late night guests feel welcome and valued? Keep things secure as you oversee our hotel's operations. Keep our reception and public areas sparkling.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee day & night shifts, including meeting and greeting guests arriving late.
Respond to guest enquiries.
Oversee security of the hotel property, and report any incidents or concerns to the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
Re-stock shop items (if required) and clean reception and public areas.
Assist with other tasks assigned by the Front Office Manager or General Manager.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing)
