Clearyak is looking for energetic, people-focused crew members to join us at Goat Island Marine Reserve from October through April. If you love the ocean, enjoy working with people, and can bring a mix of fun and professionalism — we want to hear from you!

?‍♂️ What You’ll Do

Every day is different, but your role could include:

Creating a safe and awesome experience for every guest

Setting up and looking after clear kayaks and equipment

Welcoming customers with energy and a smile

Delivering safety briefings that make guests feel confident

Helping people in and out of their Clearyaks

Exploring on a paddleboard and pointing out fish hotspots

Jumping in on other tasks that keep the beach running smoothly

? What We’re Looking For

Team Player – You work well with others and bring positive energy.

Water Confident – You’re comfortable in and around the ocean.

Reliable Transport – You can get yourself to and from Goat Island.

Go-Getter – Energetic, determined, and ready to handle new situations with a smile.

Bonus Points if you think like an owner — spotting ways to improve and stepping up when needed.
