Gardener & Home Helper

Hi there,
I need a friendly mature-minded pleasant person who would like to live on site.
The work will be a majority a gardening hand who likes to provide exceptional service in all they do (i.e. not lazy and shows initiative by finding things to do).
There's the option to also provide some admin work or handyman work or something else you are skilled at?
Pay @ $20hr. Possibly more for skilled workers and up to full-time hours.
First $220 goes towards rent, power, internet, rates etc.
There are a couple of hens here for eggs in the morning.
