Ma Maison are looking for a Sous Chef to join their busy team and work alongside our Executive Head Chef. Set in a stunning location, Ma Maison overlooks Daly's Wharf and the Akaroa Harbour. The Chef will not only work in an idyllic setting, but they will also be part of a talented team producing quality food and offering
exceptional customer service.
Permanent Role 35+ hours a week - full time
To be successful in this role you will be:
An experienced Sous chef with relevant qualifications
The ability to multi task and work in a busy restaurant, keeping cool under pressure
Experience working within a restaurant kitchen environment with strong technical skills
Can effectively manage a kitchen whilst the Executive Chef is away
Excellent customer service skills
Good personal hygiene and presentation
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Time Management skills
Honest, friendly & reliable
