We require Quality Controllers to assist us with our cherry harvest which will run from mid-December to end of Jan/start of Feb. Hours of work will generally be 10 hour days, six days per week and you will get one day off per week which will be varied.
- Assessing quality of the fruit to export standard
- Ensuring compliances and protocols are being met
- Accurate record keeping
- Overseeing graders and training staff as necessary
We require applicants who are:
- Preferably experienced in the horticultural industry
- Detail orientated
- Ability to analyse data and understand key aspects of quality control
As cherry harvest is an extremely busy environment we also require applicants that have the ability to work in a team environment, can work under pressure and have great communication skills both written and verbal.
