We’re looking for a temporary administrator to help with digitalising Human Resources personnel files. It’s a short-term 3-week assignment based in Wellington CBD. You’ll be working 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) with a rate of $18.94 per hour. Perfect for someone looking to fill some time and earn extra money!
About the role:
• Scanning paper personnel files and saving scans on file
• Preparing documents for archiving
• General filing and document collation
• Proficient Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Good attention to detail
• Immediate start
• Weekends free
